Another Summer Hurley session

For the second year in a row the British public are starting to complain about another 'wash-out' summer, especially those that have only just got their properties back together after last year's floods. But the paddlers are happy as many rivers come up and Hurley, once again, makes a 4, 3 & 2 gate appearance in July. 

Which is a whole lot nicer than the place I am going to be next week for the European Champs - apparently flushy and shallow. I'm hoping they are holding back some water for the competition, but at the moment they have diggers trying to build an eddy (well, it wouldn't be a Spanish competition without diggers and trucks shifting rocks around!)
